The Philips "fix" is easily connected to my original
system and provides the unit with power and a decoded tally signal, like
the one Sony cameras sends. When using the Philips solution I ductape the sony
contact
to avoid a short.
The box on top of the image have the mount for viewfinder placement and the
other
small box I just ductape on the camera.
